Smashing food . You need to check they are open I reckon, but bank holiday Monday was very busy and I am not surprised. If you like a decent cake after a good lunch well. ... they had so much choice. And to watch little planes and microlights taking off and landing it was fun.
A fantastic place to be
I flew into Fenland last week. No PPR needed and a friendly radio service on arrival. Very good cafe, great selection of home made cakes and everything is freshly cooked. Recommended
Flew to Fenland today, a little difficult to find, however the folks were all very friendly and the food was good, all day breakfast looked good but not good for my weight and balance so opted for the bacon roll!Grass strip fine and would like to go there again, definitely not a stiff and starchy place like some airfields.
