Ordered items end of February 2017 sent payment via friends and family on PayPal. Items not received asked for refund, refund was sent then cancelled by PayPal. Contacted seller to be told she would sort it out it is now 8th May 2017 and not had any response from seller since beginning of April. Really not impressed a simple message would be suffice to acknowledge the issue in order to assist in resolving .!!
