The Big guy in the shop knows what hes doing with computers, he is also a fire fighter in the town, if the shop is closed he will be doing his super hero stuff

Left my phone here to have a part replaced. After chasing him up for over 2 months and getting a range of excuses such as the wrong part being sent and waiting for the glue to set. I was told that when it was fixed it would be returned to my home but it never arrived. Finally had enough and went in to pick up the phone. He still came up with excuses with why I couldn't have it back. Finally I got it back only to find that it was in a worse state than when I left it. He had smashed the screen now making the phone unusable. I wouldn't trust this business to change a battery in a cuckoo clock!
