The best chinese in holbeach for me
Ordered this evening when food arrived was somebody elses ordered! Rang the restaurant and the right order came back promptly i explained to the delivery driver that we had aready opened the prawn crackers before we realised was told not to worry. When we opened our order there were chips which we hadnt ordered, i actually thought these were complimentary due to the mix up but no. Whilst still eating our food we get a phone call from the restaurant from a very rude woman who accused us of stealing the other customers chips and prawn crackers!!!! Absolutely unbelievable after being a regular customer for 2+yrs
Absolutely terrible service, delivered only half order and was told wouldnt be able to get rest of food delivered for over an hour. Lady on phone very rude and abrupt completely unacceptable and will never use again advise others to not order
Best food in town ... Better than China Town in West end of London ...food here is so good ..and cheap..
Update 01/07/18: Previously 5 star rating - now 1 star - Sunday closing time 22:30 (although their website says 5.00pm - 11.00pm seven days a week), I went in at 22:19, having just driven back from a weekend break & looking forward to a nice meal, to be told by the two staff behind the counter, "everything is off". No problem, popped along to Holbeach Kebab and Shanghai have now just lost my custom.Original Review:Having used another local Chinese take away for many years (11), we came to Shanghai on recommendation. The food is very, very good and definitely the best for miles around. The prices are good as is their delivery service if you live locally. Since "discovering" Shanghai we have been regularly using them ever since (4/5 times a month) and they are consistently excellent in every aspect!
