Getting passports checked. Apparently, despite what the government website says, our pictures were incorrect. The girls at the pharmacy who did the pictures (using the same equipment as always, and to gov guidance) were also told they were wrong. Seems to be the same member of staff who won't give parcels out to spouses (previous issue, delt with in store). Shame that this person is able to still work in such a manner
Different rules for different customers. I sat in the car whilst my husband went in to collect my parcel due to me having a bad back. They turned him away even though his licence showed same surname and same address. I then went in and they were serving another lady who stated she was collecting a parcel on behalf of her brother and they let her take it. I questioned them and the lady said it's because they get to know people, I corrected her as she had to double ask the lady is it her brothers...she then changed it and said it's because they have to be careful because of people living in HMO's, i replied but he had the same surname as me....she then went away and came back and just handed my parcel. She had no excuse left to give. No apology, nothing. Fair enough if we had different surnames or addresses or fair enough if they applied the same ruling to every customer!!!
Seating needed as there always seems to be a long and slow cue.
